Open-air hospitality operator wecamp has announced its expansion into the Portuguese market with the acquisition of two premium assets: Reserva Alecrim, and São Miguel, in Odeceixe. Together, these properties span over 21 hectares and feature approximately 300 accommodation units.
This week we acquired a residential building located in Barcelona, in the Sant Antoni area. The building is fully renovated with high standards of quality and has 11 residential units.
Our portfolio company, Volotea, has strengthened its equity to approximately €100 million and has welcomed AEGEAN Airlines, the largest airline in Greece and a long-standing commercial partner, into its shareholder base.
