In July 2023 we closed the acquisition of a camping located in the Natural Park Cadí, a privileged spot with beautiful nature at the foot of Pedraforca mountain. The site covers 8 hectares and comprises 58 accommodations and 180 pitches. A repositioning refurbishment will be carried out to improve the site and expand the number of units.

In March 2023 we closed the acquisiton of a camping site in Jabalina, Cadiz. The site covers 6.5 hectares and will undergo heavy transformation to expand to 72 units. Located in the Dehesa de las Yeguas, in the heart of Bahía de Cádiz Natural Park, the campsite is hidden in a centenary pine forest, offering a unique and pure glamping concept that takes advantage of the natural environment, but at the same time is located very close to main Andalucia’s touristic spots.

In February 2023 we acquired a camping in Cudillero , North of Spain, representing another acquisition within Meridia’s JV agreement with wecamp to build a sustainable scalable glamping platform. The site covers more than 2 hectares and will undergo a refurbishment to expand wecamp's concept in the North of Spain.

In June 2022 we closed the acquisition of a camping located in the Aragon Pyrenees, North of Spain. The newly acquired campsite covers 5.8 hectares and comprises 48 accommodations and 168 pitches. In addition, the campsite counts with numerous open and common areas . A repositioning refurbishment will be carried out to improve the site.

In May 2022 we acquired a camping site in Cadaqués, Costa Brava. This represents the seventh acquisition of Meridia’s JV agreement with WeCamp to build a sustainable camping operator. The newly acquired site covers 2.7 hectares with space for 150 units and will be repositioned and transformed with significant capex investment.

The site covers 3.4 hectares with space for 118 units and will undergo heavy transformation with substantial capex investment to improve and reposition the asset.

The site covers approximately 6 hectares with space for 250 units and will undergo heavy transformation with substantial capex investment.

In February 2020 we acquired a camping site in Santa Cristina, Costa Brava. It is the first acquisition of Meridia´s recently launched joint venture agreement WeCamp, a sustainable camping operator. WeCamp has been launched as a platform to carry out a scalable eco-friendly lodging programme in Spain and Portugal, where the camping sector remains underinvested and highly fragmented. The site covers 6 hectares with space for 240 units and will undergo heavy transformation with substantial capex investment.
