Marta de Azlor joined Meridia Capital in August 2014. Her responsibilities include the analysis of investment opportunities and preparation of business plans and valuation materials along with the coordination of buy-side and sell-side processes.
Prior to Meridia Capital, Ms. de Azlor worked for five years at Bank of America Merrill Lynch as an investment banker on sell-side and buy-side M&A, leveraged buyouts and debt/equity financings in various sectors including Energy & Power, TMT and other various industries. Selected transactional experience includes acquisition of Mivisa by The Blackstone Group and Nmas1 in 2010, the merger between Iberdrola Renovables and Iberdrola in 2011 and the sale of Flightcare by FCC Versia to Swissport/PAI Partners in 2012. She also participated in other transactions in the Equity and Debt Capital Markets (pulled IPO of TMT company, Abengoa share split in 2012, Abengoa High Yield and postponed USPP of Spanish industrial company).
Ms. de Azlor holds a degree in Business Administration (major in Finance) from ESADE Business School and a Masters degree in Strategic Management from HEC Paris (Double Degree Programme with ESADE).
