Mr. Monzó joined Meridia Capital Project Management team in April 2019. Meridia Capital is one of the few investment institutions within the real estate industry with an in-house Project Management team.
He oversees all CapEx matters. From the acquisition process, this covers the technical due diligence and potential CapEx/refurbishment project analysis, to the projects development in all its phases.
Prior to joining Meridia Capital, he worked at Stoneweg for more than two years managing numerous Real Estate development projects. He had previously worked in ADN Edifica for three years as a Project Manager. Over the past six years he has developed more than 400,000 sqm in construction projects.
He holds a Building Engineer degree from Universitat Ramon Llull and a Managing Director Program (PMD) from IESE Business School.
