Isabel Amías

Isabel Amías joined Meridia Capital in April 2022. Her responsibilities include the analysis and execution of investment opportunities as well as the preparation of underwritings, business plans and valuation materials.

Prior to Meridia Capital, Ms. Amías worked for one year at Stoneweg as part of its Acquisitions team, where she participated in the underwriting of new opportunities across different asset classes, as well as supported the team in every process of the investment and deal execution, including the coordination of the due diligence process, debt financing and preparation of Investment Committee memos. Before that, she worked for two years at Rothschild & Co as an investment banking analyst in the FIG M&A department.

Ms. Amías holds a Bachelor and MSc. in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Cataluña and an MSc. in Management from HEC Paris.
