We are thrilled to announce the successful closure of our latest acquisition: a top-tier class A warehouse situated in Granollers, Barcelona's 1st ring, just 30 kilometers from the center. Spanning over 11,350 square meters, this state-of-the-art facility is primed for single-tenant leasing. Not only does it meet the highest industry standards, but it also champions #sustainability with its BREEAM® España "Excellent" rated certification for sustainable development and an A-rated Energy Performance Certificate, aligning with Meridia´s commitment to environmental responsibility. The deal has been closed with a financing from Santander.

Open-air hospitality operator wecamp has announced its expansion into the Portuguese market with the acquisition of two premium assets: Reserva Alecrim, and São Miguel, in Odeceixe. Together, these properties span over 21 hectares and feature approximately 300 accommodation units.
