Adrian has been linked with Meridia Capital since September 2006. After opening Hotel Arts Barcelona in 1994, Adrian was contracted as the Property Manager responsible for the Asset Management Control, working on a business plan, which included improvements of Public Areas, construction of a new Spa and co-ordination of the recent major interior design/refurbishment of the hotel at a cost of 25M (Hotel Arts operated by Ritz Carlton). Adrian was previously involved as a Project Manager in the 1992 Barcelona Olympic Games Development Project. This included the construction of a Deluxe 5* Hotel, Office Building, Commercial Retail Area and Casino where he was contracted by Bovis International and then Shimizu Construction Japan to complete the project up to final inspection and handover to client. Prior to this, in the year after completing his studies as a Technical Industrial Engineer, Adrian gathered valuable experience working for his family owned Design and Development Company.
